Bajaj’s are trying hard for out of court settlement
The legal battle between the Bajaj Brothers Rahul and Shishir seems to be heading for a out of court settlement. Both brothers are tangled in legal battle for the division of the group.
Today both the sides sought another day from company law board (CLB) to finalize the deal. The request was made by the counsels of both parties.
Accepting the request CLB chairman adjourned the hearing for tomorrow.
Both side tomorrow expected to report before CLB and are also expected to bring the outcome also.
Its been now almost four years that Bajaj brothers are engaged in legal feud.
