Marathon surgery successful,8-limbed Lakshmi gets new life
Lakshmi, a conjoined twin, has been operated successfully by a team of doctors at the superspeciality hospital ‘Sparsh’ in Bangalore. The 40-hour complicated surgery, which began yesterday at 7 am, was finally completed today. The condition of the child is reported to be stable, though she is still on ventilator.
