We chose 9k solid gold because it sits in the sweet spot of fine jewellery. It contains enough pure gold to be truly valuable, while being stronger and more durable than higher-karat gold, making it better suited for frequent, everyday wear.

9k gold is the kind of gold you can live in. Pieces you reach for often. Pieces you’re not afraid to wear on repeat.

It also allows us to create solid gold designs that feel modern and lasting, without pushing them into traditional fine-jewellery price points.

18k gold vermeil is a high-quality jewellery finish made using real 18k gold bonded over hallmarked 925 sterling silver.

Unlike flash plating or standard 1-micron gold plating — which use very thin layers of gold over non-precious base metals like brass or steel — vermeil is crafted on a solid silver base with significantly thicker gold coverage (2.5 microns or more). This makes it far more durable, longer-lasting, and better suited for everyday wear.

925 sterling silver means the piece is made using 92.5% pure silver, blended with a small amount of other metals to give it the strength needed for everyday jewellery.

At Nazariya, our sterling silver is finished with rhodium plating — a precious metal from the platinum family. This adds a layer of protection that makes the jewellery brighter, more resistant to tarnishing, and more durable for regular wear.

Rhodium also gives silver a smooth, mirror-like finish, helping pieces keep their shine longer and making them easier to care for.

At Nazariya, we work with both natural gemstones and lab-grown gemstones because they each bring something special to how we design.

Our lab-grown gemstones — mainly lab-grown diamonds and lab-grown sapphires — are not synthetic or imitation stones. They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as their natural counterparts. The difference lies only in how they are formed.

Using lab-grown stones allows us to create designs that offer greater accessibility and consistency, and helps us keep many pieces more approachable in price, especially where natural diamonds and sapphires can become significantly expensive.

Alongside this, we use natural gemstones for their unique beauty, natural colour variation, radiance, and the way each stone reflects light. These stones allow us to bring depth, individuality, and organic character into our collections.

All fine jewellery can naturally show signs of wear over time — especially when worn often.

At Nazariya, we use solid gold, gold vermeil, and rhodium-plated sterling silver because they are all designed for durability. What this means in everyday life:

• 9k solid gold does not tarnish. Over time, it may develop fine surface marks from wear and tear or lighten, which can be polished to restore shine.

• 18k gold vermeil does not tarnish like base-metal jewellery, but with frequent wear, the gold layer may gradually lighten to reflect the silver below, especially in high-contact areas.

• 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating is more resistant to tarnishing, but over time the rhodium layer may slowly wear, after which the silver underneath can naturally oxidise.
  

Exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals can speed up these changes. With wiping dry your jewellery after any of these, the pieces will retain their beauty for a long time.

Every Nazariya piece comes with a polishing cloth, and we also offer replating and care services at a minimal cost, so your jewellery can continue to be worn and loved over time.

Nazariya jewellery is made using solid gold, gold vermeil over sterling silver, and rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver — materials that are generally well-tolerated and suitable for sensitive skin.

We do not use brass or other harsh base metals in our jewellery, and our pieces are designed to be skin-friendly and comfortable for everyday wear.

That said, skin sensitivities can vary from person to person. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, and removing jewellery if any irritation occurs.

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes and chemicals - Apply beauty products first, then put your jewellery on.
  
• Wipe after wear - Gently clean your pieces with the polishing cloth provided to remove oils and residue.
  
• Store it thoughtfully - Keep your jewellery in a dry place, ideally in its original Nazariya pouch.
  
• Be mindful of impact - All Nazariya jewellery features gemstones. Avoid hard knocks or impact to ensure stones remain secure over time.

Our standard bracelet size is 6.5 inches, designed to comfortably fit most wrists between 5.5–6.5 inches.

Many bracelet styles also include 0.5–1 inch extensions, which are always mentioned on each product page.

Our standard necklace length is adjustable between 14.5–15.5 inches, with some styles available in longer adjustable lengths such as 16–18 inches.

Rings

Nazariya jewellery is crafted with care and quality materials. We offer a manufacturing warranty that covers manufacturing defects from the date your order is delivered:

• 2-year manufacturing warranty on 18k gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver pieces
  
• 5-year manufacturing warranty on 9k solid gold pieces
  

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, loss, or changes that naturally occur with everyday wear.

Full-priced Nazariya pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection.

Sale or discounted items, customised pieces, and made-to-order jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For styles where a size is selected, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the jewellery being unworn and returned in original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution — whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund — at no additional cost.
